About Me

I was born in California and moved to Nebraska when I was eight years old. I come from a large, close-knit family, and spending time with them—especially my nieces and nephews—is one of my greatest joys. Being an aunt is truly one of my favorite roles! In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, embroidery, spending time with friends and family, playing with my nieces and nephew, and being outside enjoying God’s creation.

Philosophy

My purpose in teaching is to guide children in a life-changing relationship with the Lord and cultivate a love for learning in them. I believe that kids were each created differently with special gifts from God, and I enjoy discovering those passions and gifts. In first grade we will be curious while learning about God’s world, courageous while trying new things, and kind to everyone around them.
