About Me

I am married to Tom and we have 3 sons (Abram, Jacob and Miles) that attend Lincoln Christian School. After working as a speech pathologist prior to having children, I was blessed to be able to stay home with them and focus on my role as a mother while they were young. As a family we love going on outdoor adventures together; bike rides, hikes, fishing and vacationing. I love cheering for my kids at their sporting events and volunteering in their classrooms. I enjoy serving at our church and can often be found teaching children’s church or volunteering in the nursery. I enjoy studying God’s word with other women, thrifting, gardening, home decorating and music.

Philosophy

After enrolling our children at Lincoln Christian, I was excited by how involved parents can be in volunteering and how the school partners with families in helping children grow both academically and spiritually. Christian education is so important because it gives children a strong foundation in biblical truth and morality that can have an eternal impact on their lives. As an educator, I love coming up with creative, fun and engaging ways for children to learn, be curious and discover who God created them to be. I am excited for the opportunity to partner with preschool families in helping their children grow socially, academically and spiritually.
