I am married, blessed with two married daughters & sons-in-law, and three granddaughters. There is much enjoyment spending time with family, watching Husker sports, and reading…even figuring out clever license plates brings a fun challenge. Summers provide an opportunity to share in a ministry to children at an overnight camp. I also enjoy putting together jigsaw puzzles and working Sudoku & KenKen puzzles.

Philosophy of Education
Jesus is my example of the perfect model of a teacher. He taught truth in a kind and appropriate style that reached many levels of learners. He used real-life situations to demonstrate the principles He wanted His students to grasp. I love impacting students with truth, which can most easily be accomplished in education that is Christian. Students rise to the level of expectation given them. Affecting the lives of students for eternity and teaching strong academics is a wonderful combination that can be fulfilled in Christian Education.
