About Me

My husband Jason and I have four children.  I was blessed to stay home with them for 12 years until I returned to teaching.  We love cheering them on at their sporting events, playing games, and watching movies together.  We enjoy exploring the outdoors, especially when it involves vacationing in the Northwoods of Minnesota and Wisconsin or to the Rocky Mountains.

Philosophy

Teaching children about God’s world through His Word has been a passion of mine from my days as an Early Childhood Educator in Minnesota, to my years of directing Children’s Ministries at First Free Church, in my volunteer teaching and leadership roles, and now as a Preschool Teacher at Lincoln Christian.  I believe that early childhood education is the foundation for life-long educational success. It is my desire for my students to experience the love of Christ and to develop a life-long love of learning.  It is a blessing to be apart of their first school experiences and to look at God’s creation through the awe and wonder of their eyes.  I look forward to partnering with and encouraging our preschool student’s parents this year at Lincoln Christian.
