I enjoy spending time with my husband , Ryan, and two kids (Wyatt and Marin) who attend school at LCS. We also have a sweet golden retriever named Kevin. I enjoy strength training, hiking and knitting. I have lived in China and Germany as well as several different states in the U.S. Those experiences have given me a passion for traveling, experiencing other cultures and learning new languages. They have also given me compassion for people from other countries living here, because I know what it feels like to be a foreigner. I also enjoy teaching AWANA cubbies at our church during the school year!

I spent 5 years teaching English in China and having gospel conversations whenever I could. That experience only increased my gratitude for having the freedom to enjoy Christian education (and worship) here in the U.S. I am passionate about Christian education, because it can provide a firm foundation for lives rooted in Christ. My greatest hope as a mother is for my children to know and serve the Lord. LCS comes alongside of its families to partner in planting seeds for God to make that happen and I am excited to be a part of it!
