About Me

I grew up here in Lincoln, NE and never really wanted to leave! I attended Lincoln Christian School from K-12th grade and graduated in 2005. In 2010, I graduated from UNL with a degree in Communication Studies. I eventually met my husband Matt while working together at the post office in 2014. We got married in December 2017. In 2019, our daughter Gwendolyn was born. I could definitely feel that God was stirring in my heart, but I wasn’t sure exactly what it was yet! It didn’t exactly make sense at the time, but I remember praying so many times, please Lord show me show what You want. To my surprise, God led me back to Lincoln Christian School in February 2022! Towards the end of 2022, our son Xavian was born. This made for a “less-than-boring” first year at a new job, but God truly carried me through it all. Looking back on every different season of my life, I can honestly say that God has been with me in every step. I would not be here today without God’s amazing grace!
