I grew up on a farm in northeast Nebraska near Ponca State Park, then moved to Lincoln to attend the University of Nebraska. I received a B.S. in Business Administration and worked at Sandhills Publishing as a marketing analyst in the general aviation industry. During that time I met and married my husband, Randy Nelson, who is an extremely artistic and talented carpenter. Together we are raising seven amazing children who all attend or have graduated from Lincoln Christian School. I was blessed to be at home with our children when they were little, then to volunteer as a parent at Lincoln Christian before joining the staff in 2009. Our family is so blessed and grateful to be a part of the Lincoln Christian family.

Philosophy of Education
God has given me a love of reading and exploring new books and information technology. As His servant in the library, I have the great pleasure of sharing this love with the students and faculty at Lincoln Christian School. It brings me great joy to help students find the resources and gain the knowledge they need to be successful in God’s world.

The Lincoln Christian School Foundation invites you to visit Judah the Lion at Scheels on Thursday, May 26 for Give to Lincoln Day. Come have your picture taken with Judah and receive his rookie season collectible baseball card. Help Judah and the Foundation reach their goal of raising $150,000 between now and May 26.
