About Me

I grew up in Logan, Iowa and moved to Lincoln to work at LCS in 2022. I recently got married to my husband, Ben. We enjoy being with our families, traveling, and watching sports. I love to do crafts, go on walks, and to garden. Nature is a way God has captured my heart and I love seeing Him in all aspects of creation.

Philosophy

In the Christian education setting, we have the responsibility to allow students to learn and explore while teaching students how to look at all accepts of life through a Biblical worldview. I believe a setting that is safe and allows room for making mistakes and trying again is so important for a child’s learning. Education is meant to equip students to face the world as critical thinkers who know how to persevere and problem-solve. Most of all, I want them to know they are loved and created by God and encourage them to pursue Him daily.
