About Me

I was born and raised in Mississippi and have lived there my whole life! I will be the one saying y’all and talking in “Mississippi slang.” I am so excited about this new chapter in my life. I absolutely love teaching coaching. In addition to my teaching experience, I coached a dance team for 6 years. I love going on walks on a pretty day and sitting on the beach or by a pool with a book in my hand. I also enjoy putting puzzles together and a shopping trip to TJ Max!

Church: Pinelake Church

Volunteer Roles: Children's Nursery

Philosophy

Teaching at a Christian school is not a job; it is a calling. I love learning new things and I want my students to love learning new things too. I want my students to know that I am here for them and that I care about them. I strive to teach them Biblical truth every day through not only the Word but through my daily actions as well. I want them to leave my class and know how much they are loved by God and how much he cares for them.
