- Demonstrate spiritual leadership and maturity as a volleyball coach and in personal life.
- Coach volleyball through a Biblical worldview.
- Build positive, Christ-exalting relationships with the players, their parents and families, LCS teachers and staff, and the LCS community.
- Work in conjunction with the Head Girls Volleyball Coach to instruct all players in each aspect of volleyball.
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach.
