The athletic programs at Lincoln Christian exist to support the mission of the school – challenging and encouraging each student’s spiritual growth by teaching and modeling genuine Christian character.
Athletics provides an arena for Christian growth that is unique to the rest of the school environment.
These experiences develop fundamentals of the Christian faith: humility, selflessness, love, unity, self-discipline, courage, perseverance, hard work and sacrifice.
The objective of our program is to succeed, but the primary goal of our program is to strengthen each student’s relationship with Christ and to glorify Him.

At Lincoln Christian, we view art as an expression of beauty and creativity. This takes many forms for our students from vocal and instrumental music to drama and art.
Exploring the arts is another way to develop critical thinking skills in our students and we’re thankful of the way we’ve seen students step into their strengths and bring glory to Christ.
Choir is one of our most popular electives, with over a third of our students involved in the program. We’ve received numerous Superior ratings and the school is currently expanding the music facilities.

Our student organizations allow students to build life skills outside of the classroom. These groups provide unique learning and social experiences while cultivating a unified school community.
We’ve enjoyed watching students grow academically and spiritually through these organizations. Our hope is that these groups build strong bonds between our students and an even stronger connection to Christ.
Chapel Worship Team
For secondary students, the worship team is an integral part of our chapel. Every Friday, the worship team leads students in music and worship. These students are given an opportunity to share their gifts to glorify the Lord and encourage their fellow students.
Primary Chapel occurs every Wednesday during the school year. Many pastors and teachers are invited to come teach.
National Honor Society
National Honor Society (NHS) is composed of junior and senior high students who have a 3.6 or higher grade point average. Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) at Lincoln Christian has a strong huddle. We believe in “Doing Sports God’s Way” and being a testimony for Christ in all activities and sports. There are currently over 30 students actively involved in our huddle.
We encourage students to stretch their faith through missions trips. We’ve sent students to serve others in Mexico, Nepal, China, South Korea, Haiti, New Orleans and Kansas City. Students have also had the opportunity to attend Summit Ministries and the Worldview Christian Leadership Academies.
International Thespian Society
Our students conduct three different performances each school year. In the fall they host a play, in January they have their annual dinner theatre and in spring they host a musical.
Student leadership is provided by five members from every high school class. Each class elects the council members to different offices. Key events organized include Homecoming, Winter Dinner and Sadie Hawkins. They also serve the greater community by participating in Gifts of Love.
Yearbook / Student Newspaper
Students have the opportunity to write and produce the school newspaper, published 8 times a year, and also our student yearbook, The Lance.
Parent Teacher Fellowship
We are very blessed to have an incredibly strong Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF), as an important part of the school. Each year the PTF has numerous volunteer opportunities for parents to get involved with the life and activities at the school.
Every parent is strongly encouraged to seek out opportunities and actively participate in his or her child’s education. Children love to see their parents involved on a regular basis at the school and the school-parent relationship is strengthened by the investment of the parents’ time.
The Parent Teacher Fellowship organizes the annual Love Offering that provides our teachers and staff with a gift at Christmas. They also host an annual school-wide carnival in spring that is lots of fun and blesses many families.
